Brand creation from birth to selling. I supported the owner in the creation of the product (recipe, packaging, production...) and of the start-up linked to it, till its acquisition in 2024. The world of reference of ENGINE is the racing one, something coherent in all the touchpoint of the brand: from the packaging to the brand positioning, the collaborations, the communication and the events. The two biggest product innovations of the product that I managed were: the RTD cocktail and the Caroni-cask bottle, for witch I designed both glass and label.
An example of a 360 brand repositioning. A complete marketing work: starting from the competitor ananlisis and the target definition, to develoup a new brand character and a new brand idea. From that, I developed a packaging restiling, with a line exstention, aligned with the new strategy. Also a new TVC delivering the new brand idea with the correct tone of voice to the consumer. As Communication manager I supervised the all process of its creation: from concept, storiboard, casting, location scouting, filming and editing.
Rabbit Hole is a Kentucky Bourbon famous for its special release made with great artists, so I'm pretty happy to have had the chance to sign this design, made experimenting with a new printing technology of Eurostampa USA. Using variable data we were able to change the shades of the picture, creating 700 different color combination for 700 unique, personalized and numbered bottles. Technical innovation solving the Marketing need of celebrating a Limited Edition product.
A collaboration between the famous home-design brand Cassina and the Vermouth Strucchi. I was involved in all the development of the project that gave birth to the Day-bar, lunched during the 2025 Milan Design Week. From the complete brand platform, to the food and beverage menu, to the capsule collection "Negroni is a state of mind", I followed all the creation from scratch of this marketing assets. Last but not least the Strucchi's RTD in can was created, labeled and packaged in record time for the opening of the cafè.
The first great innovation in the Disaronno Brand from 500 years: a cream liquor with the taste of Disaronno. After several agency pitch, the owner of the Company decided to develoup the packaging internally. My idea for the label was very simple, spray the original label with a splash of milk. The final touch was painting the bottle in white. I had also worked on the communication campaign, setting the tone that used the concept of the sinuosity of the fabric to show the creamy liquor.
Creation of a new product to extend the Tia Maria range. The can had to be coherent with the new brand positioning: more young, colorful and urban. For this reason the world of reference chosen for the project was the "graffiti" one. The final design was made involving a street artist to produce a "tailor-made" art. I managed the all process of product innovation, from concept to the final printing execution, working jointly with Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance, Production and Suppliers.
A new product development created for the Winery Contratto. A low-alcoolic aperitivo, fresh and eyecatcing. I was in charge of the creation of both the new glass and the label. The bottle was made from scratch working jointly with the glassware. For the lable I took inspiration from the old design of the winery, deliberately recalling the '20 era both in the pack and in the brand positioning. I also supported in the production of the ADV campaing (starring chef Cannavaccioulo), and the definition of all materials for the brand promotion.
A communication project to increase selling during the Christmas Period, that saw the Disaronno bottle wearing different famous fasion designs. I followed it 360° from the creation of the limited editions, collaborating with fashion houses (such as Versace, Cavalli, Etro and Missoni) and suppliers, to the production of the TVC and advertising campaigns; coordinating the production and post-production of commercials, managing photo shoots and coordinating the relations with strategic partners such as the VOGUE magazine.
